Mold inspection in the state of Delaware. ISES conducted an Inspection to assess the damages caused by a flood in the building.

This is the same inspection as above. This image shows the damage caused by water. The damage is extensive on the walls and floors.

This image shows one of our specialists conducting an inspection on a building that needed to be demolished. The building was a factory and ISES was hired to assess and locate the different dangers.

ISES found pipes covered with asbestos. The Thermal System Insulation (TSI) was friable and access was very limited as well.

ISES was hired by a real estate agency to inspect a house. The agency needed to know if asbestos or lead was present in the house.
